Taking action to meet the environmental challenges of the future: this is what is driving Lecapitaine - the European refrigerated bodywork specialist - to participate in the 2023 edition of Solutrans, the international trade fair for industrial and urban vehicles. The event will be held from 21 to 25 November at the Eurexpo centre in Lyon. bodywork solution focused on decarbonising the LCV industry: Recircle solution. On its stand (B 085 in Hall 4), Lecapitaine will be presenting its latest innovation: Recircle solution. Produce, recycle, repeat: that's the principle behind this new refrigerated bodywork solution, which was developed by Lecapitaine's teams in response to the environmental impact of its bodywork. At Lecapitaine, we want to design and produce a more environmentally friendly body, with a production process that is part of a circular economy. To achieve this, the components of the new bodies (sandwich panels, profiles, and injection-moulded parts) are made from a single material: rPET*. A new material that is not only recycled and recyclable, but also has the same technical performance as traditional bodywork. A CETIM** certified life cycle assessment (LCA) of a Recircle solution body compared with a traditional body showed a significant improvement in all environmental impacts: CO2 emissions were reduced by 72% and body recycling was over 97%. This new innovation will enable us to move towards a greener industry. Lecapitaine will take advantage of this major meeting of transport professionals to exhibit a truck equipped with its EasyAcc’Air roll-up door. Lecapitaine will also be showcasing several URBAN by Lecapitaine LCVs, an innovation that won an award at SOLUTRANS 2021, in various locations around the show.

Agir pour répondre aux enjeux environnementaux de demain : telle est la volonté de Lecapitaine - spécialiste européen de la carrosserie frigorifique - pour sa participation à l’édition 2023 de Solutrans, le carrefour mondial du véhicule industriel et urbain. Un évènement qui se tiendra du 21 au 25 novembre au centre Eurexpo de Lyon. Pour cette édition orientée vers la décarbonisation de l’industrie des VI-VU, Lecapitaine dévoile sa toute dernière solution brevetée de carrosseries frigorifiques recyclables : Recircle solution. Sur son stand B 085, situé dans le hall 4, Lecapitaine présente sa nouvelle innovation : Recircle solution. Produire, recycler, recommencer, voici le principe de cette nouvelle solution de carrosseries frigorifiques née de la réflexion des équipes Lecapitaine sur l’impact environnemental de ses carrosseries. Ainsi, pour Lecapitaine, l’objectif est de concevoir et de produire des carrosseries plus sobres, plus responsables dont le processus de production s’intègre dans une dynamique d’économie circulaire. Pour ce faire, les composants des nouvelles carrosseries (panneaux sandwichs, profils et pièces injectées), sont constitués d’une seule matière : le rPET*. Une nouvelle matière qui en plus d’être recyclée et recyclable permet de garder les mêmes performances techniques que les carrosseries traditionnelles. Une analyse du cycle de vie (ACV) certifiée par le CETIM** d’une carrosserie Recircle solution vs une carrosserie traditionnelle a permis de démontrer une amélioration considérable de tous les impacts environnementaux : réduction de 72 % des émissions de CO2 et recyclage des carrosseries à plus de 97 %. Cette nouvelle innovation permettra donc de tendre vers une industrie plus verte.
